    Hello,

    Can any member see and download photos from the website? If not, what level of access must they have to do this.

    Same question for Club Documents.

    Any images placed on the website are public, and can be viewed without having to login. The catch is that you need to know where that photo is. Members cannot view the Image Library directly at this time. It would be hard for them to view / download all of the photos.
    Members can always login to the Member's Area and view the Club Documents area. Documents can be member only, or public. Public document's don't showup on the website by default. If you link to a public document, anyone can download it. Home Page Download files are always public.

    Susan, like you, our club has need occasionally to make a document available to all our members, such as when proposing a new member. Because the ADMIN / View Club Documents is hard for many to find, we created a document and added it to 'EDIT DOWNLOAD FILES' as Zach above explains. When you add it there, you can then choose to NOT SHOW on homepage, yet it is available to be posted as a link in pages you want your members to get to. For us, we add it here http://bozemansunriserotary.org/SitePage/membership and you can see you can 'click here to download' a document. Hope this helps
