Admin Only Allowed to Email Prospects

    Hi,

    I feel that allowing only people with Admin level access to email prospects in a problem. I understand why access to this list should be limited, but this requirement can force someone NOT involved in the membership effort to have to provide support. My premise is that we don't want just anyone to have admin level access, and that the website admin is not the right (or best) person to be controlling what prospects receive.

    I know there is a "President" level of access...perhaps Membership Chair could be added and people with a level of access to email prospects.

    Thank you for your feedback. For the time being the restrictions are in place, but we're always open to change them based on feedback. It is possible we could add a special flag to give access to that list as well down the line.
