Hello, We have just sent out the invoice to members for their membership subscription and find that the invoice template appears to have changed. It now has this unnecessary message as a header taking up a third of the space. It is an irrelevant message and we would like to get rid of it but can't figure out how to do it. Can you please point me in the right direction as to how to amend/remove this message. For some reason I am unable to upload a jpeg or png file to this post to illustrate the message. However the unwanted message says: "Hi... Thanks for your purchase! Please take a moment to review the details of your invoice" Then has an icon of some sort and the invoice number We do not need messages like these on subs invoices and, as we can only invoice members anyway, it is gratuitous.
