Anyone using this module fully?

    Is anyone using this module successfully? To be more specific, are you able to edit the recipient profile (does not go to Membership Chair even), have any of the internal automatic emails work, or get the automation tasks to work even when turned on? Additionally, automation tasks turned on show Next Run on Date of last year with no way to change and still do not work even if manually generate.

    Please let me know your experience as this is a very useful module if it would work correctly. I have put a support ticket in for some of this as well.

    Hi Rick,

    Thank you for also taking the time to post on the community about the module. I also saw your support ticket, and was able to get a better understanding of what was happening.

    There was a permissions conflict that was preventing you from updating the Recipient profile. This should be addressed shortly, and I will follow up and confirm when this is completed.

    I have also taken the time to investigate the automation tasks, and believe they should start running as expected overnight. I will check in tomorrow to ensure that they did run as expected. We have not had other reports about this issue, but will investigate and see if there is more that we can do here.

    Hopefully other clubs and customers are willing to take the time to share their experiences with the module!


    Edit: Just as I posted this, I got confirmation that the permission issue has been resolved. I will still check in tomorrow on the automation tasks.

    Hello Zach,

    Thank you for the quick reply. I just checked and the Edit button now appears on the recipient profile and allowed me to change the email address and make it default. I will not do any more testing until I hear from you tomorrow. Looking forward to fully implementing this.

    I wanted to follow up and confirm that we did not see the tasks run as expected. Working further with the team, we've made some adjustments to how the tasks are running, and will continue to monitor over the weekend. I'll follow up early next week with any additional details that I can share.

    You should be good to perform any testing you want, and should you run into any issues let me know so we can investigate and get it resolved!

    Thanks again Zach. It is doing everything I need it to do right now. I will have to test out the automated pieces a bit more in the future. Really appreciate the quick response and looking forward to presenting this to our club.

    I couldn't tell if this is still in Beta or production. I couldn't find any training, just a few posted forum notes. Is there a way that I could get an overview of this product. We are very interested in tracking our process and knowing about contacts with prospects and where they stand? Our district is getting a lot of questions too. Does anything exist that individual clubs are using? Thanks
