Assigning tags to Ex Memberss

    Our Club uses the Bulletin Subscribers tags on a separate list to that which is used to send our weekly bulletin to members and honorary members.
    An Ex Member wishes to be added to the Bulletin Subscribers list and whilst a tag has been applied to this person, they are not included in the list.
    How can i add them to the Bulletin Subscribers. Message tells me they are a duplicate and must have a unique email address.

    Great Question,

    There should be an inactive grouping for members by tags on your account:

    If you're not finding this, or don't see the user included for some reason, let me know. The only records that should be fully excluded from emails are in the deceased category. I know we're looking to modify/add more email options in the future, and it sounds like a general People by tags (all record types) would be useful.

    Thanks Zach. This worked for me. I was hoping they could be added straight into an existing custom distribution list instead of having to add an additional recipient list. Look forward to future developments.
