    I have enabled comments on the lead story on our home page. However one can only see the comments feature when the title of the story is clicked. I suggest that this be changed so that when the enable comments button is selected comments are immediately available. Who would know that they have to click the title of the story to add comments or even that comments are allowed on CR at all?

    Hi Doug,

    I think you sent in a ticket about this also? Regardless, we're looking into adding a comment icon to show comments regardless, as well as some other options to make it more obvious that people can join the discussion.

    Once a comment is posted the comment count shows. This is also true of tags (if added) and likes.
    You can see below that the second story has a comment, like, and tag, where as the first story has comments enabled, but no comments yet.
