We’ve been collecting your feedback for a long time on what you would like to see on the Member Dashboard and we’re excited to hear your thoughts on the new redesign!

A fresh new approach to your admin page based on your access role, now you have only the features relevant to your permission settings. With each section divided into a core function, each panel has ‘quick action buttons’ to take you directly into getting started with a feature. Need to send an email or create a Volunteer sign up list, you can just click and start!

Your members also will no longer see a list of greyed out links as before. Instead, now they will have quick links to all the pages available to them when logged in.

We’ve also highlighted all the support resources available to you such as on-demand tutorials, webinars, our knowledgebase and community and have added direct help links next to all the main modules to direct you to relevant help articles. As we release new features and have exciting announcements, you’ll get the news right upon logging in under the What’s New panel.

Let us know what you think! Share your opinion on the dashboards below.

I like the idea and changes. However, it would really help if you could update your documentation, guides, cheat sheets and post a few videos to expalin the new layout. Its a much better solution, but I feel adoption will be crippled by lack of support resources.

I have been meaning to write you on your dashboard. I really like it. I am particularly pleased that I can go directly to the Story Library where I create a "New Story". I also like the use of the soft colouring; it is very pleasant on the eyes.

I like the dashboard a lot but I don't see a way to get back to it if I move on to a specific page/feature. is there a way?

    Hi Judy,

You can always return to the Administrative Dashboard by clicking on the Admin tab, then Admin link (not classic)
