Cloud Events - Ordering multiple tickets on 1 order using a valid promo code?

    Hi folks - we just got this feedback from one of our guests - the 5 tickets using a promo code is valid for this event, but the purchaser doesn't want to do 5 separate orders:

    I am looking to purchase the 5 tickets from RCM and we will invite some board members and key people. When I put in the promo code I can only do it 1 at a time. Is there a way for me to buy 5 at once with the $10 off of each?

    Is this something we can arrange when setting up tickets for a Cloud Event? Maybe something we haven't set up properly that would allow a purchaser to do that?

    Hello Dianne,

    The "Apply to the total of the selected ticket(s)" setting in the Promo Code options allows the discount to be applied to all tickets selected during registration. This means that if a guest selects five tickets, the promo code will be applied to each one (which will appear as a total discount below the ticket prices on the checkout page). After they select five tickets, the Buyer can then enter Attendee information for each ticket, they don't need to purchase each guest's tickets separately - just one order, with five tickets should be all right.
