Club Executives & Directors widget and built-in page

    We are currently using the widget on our homepage but also have a link in our menu to the built-in page. We have ordered the positions correctly in the widget but the built-in page does not order correctly nor does it put everyone in the correct executive or director area. Maybe I am misunderstood where this data is kept that it pulls from. It appears the widget is pulling from the Organization -> Executives & Directors in CR as that is where I was able to reorder the positions for the widget.

    What we want is:

    Executives:
    President (can be above or below Executives label)
    President Elect
    Past President
    Secretary
    Treasurer

    Directors:
    Club Service
    Community Service
    International Service
    Membership
    Vocational Service
    Youth Service

    Members: (maybe need to put these under Committees?)
    Rotary Foundation
    Public Image

    What we have is:

    President

    Executives:
    President Elect
    Secretary
    Treasurer
    Community Service
    Membership
    Rotary Foundation

    Club Directors:
    Club Service
    International Service
    Vocational Services
    Youth Services
    Public Image

    Committees:
    Rotary Youth Exchange (RYE)

    Hi Jonathan,

    The club executives & directors widget, will list all individuals on the executives and directors page as it is configured in the members area. The Executives and Directors page, will specifically note the President, Executives, and Directors. It also shows any committee listings and their members, so long as the committees are public. However, you do not have any further control over this page, resulting in some positions not being displayed. Positions that are classified as "Other" which is controlled by the district, do not show on the page, but do show on the widget.

    The position on the widget, should be following the same listed order of positions in the executives and directors page, and a quick check of your club's data and website I am seeing it match.


    Thank you for sharing what you are looking to do with the Club Executives page, we have heard related feedback for customers wanting more control over their club executive pages. This is something that we are looking into for future updates, and I've shared your feedback on the control of the page with our product team.

    Thank you for your reply. The Executives & Directors built-in page does not pull them in the same order as the widget does. They are not ordered the same as the members area. Another note to make that would be nice is in our club I was told that we have the Executives, the Directors, and then two other positions that are not voting members. It would be nice, somehow, maybe along with ordering them in the members area, to also be able to do basic categories, like the "Executives", "Directors", "Members" and be able to drop each person under their category instead of it being automatic.

    Under "Executives", it pulls in the Community Service, Membership & Foundation directors rather than have them under Directors.

    On our site, I added along on our menu for a short time our custom page we are working on but also the Built-in page, if you are able to take a look at that please.
