Hello.. We have successfully updated our Club Officers for 2019 - 2020, but the old slate of Officers still appears on Club Bulletins. How can we roll them over in the Bulletins so they appear appropritely for the 2019 - 2020 year? Thank you!

    Hello Scott,

My apologies for this delayed response to you, we are experiencing a much higher than average volume of support requests since the July 1st changeover.

Here is how to 'force refresh' the club officers widget in your bulletin:

    1. Edit your bulletin

    2. Hover over the 'Club Executives' widget (you may have called it Club Officers)

    3. Click the 'gear' icon to edit this widget's properties

    4. There is no need to make any changes, scroll down to bottom of the Properties page and click 'Save'

This forces the executives widget to refresh (you can actually use this method to 'force refresh' other widgets too). Your 2019-20 officers should display. If this does not work for you, or you have more questions please post here again.
