ClubRunner Mobile App

    Not sure how many clubs promote this the ClubRunner Mobile App for their members but we just did a presentation about it and more members are loving it and using it.     However, with more use we discover some issues that need resolving.
    1. The club section of the app is not pulling in the current President and District Governor. It still shows last years info yet we have the correct information updated in the executives section of the ClubRunner application. We have the same Area Governor as last year so there is no change there.

    2. The Members list does not seem to be updating as it is showing members who have been terminated over 3 months ago and new members who have been set up for 2 months now.

    This x-member is showing in the App but not in our active member's list:

    These members are not showing up in the App:

    The events, stories, club executives and Attendance sections all refresh real-time with the main ClubRunner database but these 2 sections just seem to be stuck in time. Any chance someone can look into this and update the App?

    Thank you for submitting your question on the ClubRunner Community Forum.

    I am really glad to hear that you and your Club Members are enjoying the Mobile App!

    Right now, the Mobile App retrieves data from the cache and must be manually refreshed every time a change to your Club's Membership is made on the Website Platform. To update your App with all the latest information that appears on your Website, please perform a manual refresh on the Membership page. To do this, please navigate to the Membership section of your App, scroll all the way to the top, and pull down on the screen until the refresh icon appears. After a few seconds, your App should be up to date with the Membership information that you have on your Club's Website including members that have long since been terminated and/or added to your Club.

    We are currently investigating the issue causing Stories to not be updated on the ClubRunner mobile app after being posted. Right now, the only solution is to reinstall the App to display the correctly updated Stories. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this and thank you for your patience as we work to find a solution.

    Excellent Nabil! That did the trick and I will advise other members who may run into the same issue.

    Not a problem! Please let your other members know about this so that they will be able to see all the latest Club Information on their Apps as well.
