[Resolved] ClubRunner Service Interruption - Delayed Email Processing

    [2018-12-06 10:30 AM] This morning the ClubRunner team identified a delay in processing outgoing emails. We are currently working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

    Emails will be delivered as the queue is processed, and no action is required to have your emails delivered.

    We will continue to post updates as more information becomes available.

    [2018-12-06 1:55 PM] Our team was able to identify the issue and issue an update to ClubRunner to help address the issue. Emails are now starting to go out and the backlog is clearing. We expect the backlog to be processed within the next 2 hours. We are also continuing to monitor the backlog as it is processed.

    We will continue to post updates as more information becomes available or the issue has been resolved.

    [2018-12-06 3:30 PM] We continued to monitor the issue once we published the update, all emails that were in the queue have been processed and delivered. We're now marking this issue as resolved
