    Zach, I am having a similar problem. I very recently transferred to a new club. When I tried to log in to the ClubRunner Community I could not do it. Eventually, I received a message from Marina. I followed her directions to use the login for my new club. This was successful. However I had to create a new name and a new email address because my previous name and address was taken as my original profile is still in the system. I didn't want to create a new me but I did. Can I get my original long-time ClubRunnerCommunity.com self back please?

    Hi John,

    Your issue is not related to Nova specifically, but when you changed clubs the connection to your original account was lost. I had worked to repair that connection, but it seems something has gone wrong. I will work with the team to review your issues and get you sorted out. I will follow up here and with your ticket once this has been addressed.

    As a note, I've separated your message from the previous topic, as your issue is not related to ClubRunner Nova.

    Just to post as an update for everyone, we were able to address John's issue and he should be all back to normal.

    Zack, thanks for helping me resolve this problem. It took some doing to get everything synced as my username was not in the list. I eventually got it their, set a new password and here I am as myself.
