Contact Lists not updating

    We recently converted to NOVA. So far so good.

    However, when sending out invitations for an Event, recently added Contacts (in the last 2 weeks) were not visible in the Smart Lists. I could see previously added Contacts in all categories.

    Hi Richard,

    I have confirmed that I am seeing an issue when it comes to new contacts not being synced up into their proper tag groups for sending emails via the Event Planner.

    To add some clarity, you shouldn't see this with emails that use Smart Lists, some modules, like Event Planner which doesn't use smart lists would be impacted.

    I am working with the team to address this, but don't have any further information at this time.

    In the meantime, you should find these new contacts under the tag group "No Group" when creating the email within Event Planner.
