    In Nova how do I find my Contact Groups? ie First 2000 Days (a project group). I want to email the group

    Hi Julie,

    Great question!

    Contact groups were converted to tags, and tags are now shared by all records. When you go to compose a new email, and add a new smart list, you can select Contacts by tags:

    The above screenshot is from one of our demo accounts, so its contact groups are likely different from yours.

    Thank you I did work it out myself. It is a shame we cant create our own groups via uploading a csv file
