I am wanting to create a "Template" for our Club Changeover but wish to have an image as a background. Can this be done?

    Hi Cheryl,

This is a great question! While it is possible to add a background image to your outgoing emails, this has to be done with manual html coding which is outside of the scope of our support.

Another very important thing to consider is that not all email clients support background images the same way, and in some cases not at all. So you normally need to plan your email in such a way that if the background image was missing, the email would still be readable.

Good luck with your Club Changeover email! As an alternative to a background image, you might want to take a look at the Bulletin system for this email. It will allow you to make a very stylish outgoing email with a lot less work than manually putting it together in the standard email system. I would suggest reviewing our Bulletin manual: https://docs.clubrunnersupport.com/bulletin
