Default Templates in Event Emails

    All templates available in events emails are preformatted. I find it challenging to work around the formatting unless I am reusing most of the content. I have found a work around by selecting all on the main frame and then deleting all. Would it be possible to have a template (or perhaps the default email) to be a blank email?

    Hi Michael,

    You should be able to add / create / copy existing templates to be re-used for Cloud Events.


    1. Navigate to your Club's account, and enter the Members Area
    2. Click on the Settings link in the menu
    3. Click on the Communications tab
    4. Under the Email Block, choose the Cloud Event Templates
    5. Click on Add New Template
    6. Modify the template as you desire, and save
    The next time you go into Cloud Events and compose an email under an event, your new template should be available. From the Nova sandbox, I added a new Test Template, and I can see and use it without any issues.

    You can also use that manage templates button to go directly to the email templates area to manage these templates.
