Define club executives

    I need to revise my club executives, add new positions and redefine positions on the organisation chart.
    To do this completely the instructions state that I need to log on to district website to create some of these changes.
    I have tried dealing with our district webmaster to no avail.
    Is there a work around where I can make all these changes on our own club website?
    Our district is changing to DACdb soon, my club is not bit brings up the question of ongoing support.

    While your district is currently on ClubRunner, they will continue to maintain the positions available to all clubs. However, once they're no longer managing the district on behalf of the clubs, our team would be able to assist in position management. We currently assist other customers who's districts are not on ClubRunner in the same way. We just need a request sent in to the support team.

    Given what is going to be happening shortly, if you raise a ticket we'll see if we can work with the district ahead of time to assist further.

    Hi Zach,
    I can live with it for the interim, don't know any further about DACdb but more than happy with ClubRunner. I was thinking to contact clubs in my district about staying but only know a couple that are using it.
    Might be well enough left alone and don't stir up any trouble.
