I have been going down through the District list of clubs where it shows a little house for the website of the club in the first column.
For some clubs, I have gotten an error 505 number. Those clubs, when I do a right-click, copy link give a URL like this
    http://www.clubrunner.ca/CPrg/Home/homeE.asp?cid=993

When I do a search under the name Rotary Club of ................. the site appears. What in the link on the District site is causing the wrong URL to be copied?

Also one of the links takes one to a Rotary Club by the same name only in a different country. Does the district web-editor/master have the ability to correct this or is it a ClubRunner central problem?

    Hi John,

The house icon will always take you to the club's entered website address in their club information. I suspect many clubs have not taken the time to check and or update the website address. If the club is a subscriber to ClubRunner, only the club itself can update the address. If the club is not a subscriber, the district can also modify the address. This data point is also integrated with Rotary International.

    I hope this helps!
