    I have two questions on the donations feature:
    1. Is there, or will there be the ability to easily create a template for an Official Receipt for tax purposes? I know this information will be country specific so this may not be possible.
    2. In some of the outside services, after the donation amount is selected there is a field with an 'ask' for an additional donation to cover the processing fees. It is usually calculated as a % of the donation. Is this available?

    Great questions, let me do my best to address each.

    If you can help our team to confirm what items you need in your donation confirmation emails to make it an Official Receipt for your end we can see what options we have to help today. I've also made sure to share your feedback with the team for consideration on future updates. I appreciate you taking the time to let us know you're looking for this functionality.

    While we do not have an optional fee at this time, you can force your donors to cover the processing fees through the Service Fee option in the donations module. You can set both a per transaction % and a fixed dollar amount as part of the transaction. We are looking to also allow our customers to make this optional, instead of required as it is today when configured.

    The Service Fee is configured as part of the donation settings and or the individual campaign. Service Fees are also available when using Cloud Events!
