    Hi Team!

A quick one for you. The previous edition of ClubRunner allowed us to email all presidents within the District from our Club instance. Really helpful for sharing bulletins with secretaries across the district.

I can't see this option when editing/creating smart lists, or a default smart list, that will allow us to do this currently. Is this something that I am just missing or something planned to be coming in future versions?

    Thanks!
    Jed.

    Hi Jed,

Thank you for reaching out about this.

That specific email list is not available for Nova just yet, but is something we're working towards for a future update. I'm also glad to know how you guys were using it, specifically for your Bulletins. Do the other clubs in your district do the same frequently?

    Hi Zach,

Yes, we do. It's very handy for sending bulletins around to other clubs. I know that multiple clubs in the district use it.

Looking forward to seeing it when it is available :)

I'm looking forward to this as well - just discovered it missing for the first time when I went to send an EventPlanner invitation to District officers. Will be a really helpful add!

    Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to follow up and confirm that this feature is back, though at this time the groups are a little different. As a reminder, the access to the district wide club officer groups, requires that the current signed in user be one of the club's executives, as configured by the district. So if you are not serving in executive role, you will not see the groupings. Assuming you are in a position like President or Secretary, these new groups should be available in the Smart Lists add popup!

OK that helps, thanks Zach - even though I also needed District committee chairs as well I totally get that it should only be links to actual District Officers only.
