Entering Payments for Visiting Rotarians and Guests

    It's not uncommon for a visiting Rotarian or guest to be paying for their meal at a meeting.

    How would this be done?

    I can create "Guest Meal" as a permanent event, but this would place it on our event calendar.

    Hello Rick,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    If it was a singular individual, you could create an order, add your line items, and then issue the invoice to them directly. No need for an event or anything!

    If you wanted to bill as a batch, we may need to assist with creating a smart list to find your contacts, but you can also approach it this way. Effectively, you can bill pretty much any record in ClubRunner Nova right now, and when sending the invoice they should have the option to pay.

    I know we're working to get some documentation out for batch orders, smart lists, and individual orders. If you need specific instructions until then, please let me know so I may assist further!
