    How do I edit this widget so I can add additional information I want a visitor to include in an email to us….such as phone number and business/organization address. The widget only includes name, email and message by default.

    I am using this on a Custom page. This is not a question about the Contact us page.

    Hi Robin,

    At this time the contact us widgets are limited to what is currently available in the properties. Its not possible to explicitly collect additional data points. You can add more widgets to the custom page to give users very specific instructions. You could also use third party form tools, like Google Docs Forms, to embed a form onto a custom page to collect additional data, instead of the contact form.
