    Is there a way to have Event email send only to Registered Attendees? Or do I need to create a custom distribution list and manually modify it continually as registrations change?

    Hello Greg, we have that feature inside each event, you do not need to create more custom lists.

    In Event Planner 2.0, when editing any event, scroll to the bottom of the 'event overview' page where you can click the blue "New Email" button.

    When composing an email here, in "Step 1" click the "+" beside "By Status" and you will see "Registered," "Declined" etc. Check these boxes to send to those sets of people.

    These lists are dynamic, as more people register/decline/etc, these lists will change too.

    You will see a similar option when composing an email in MyEventRunner also. Please post again if you have any more questions.
