Sounds like a great idea. Premium but the feature chart implies you indeed can get limited functionality (only members can sign up) in the basic package. Unfortunately we can't justify an additional $150 at this time..
So I created some events and with much encouragement and demonstration, I coerced my club to away from our custom solution to C/R, log in and sign up.

What they didn't tell me or make clear, it is apparently it is just a limited trial. I got about 5 events created with sign up lists when I went to add another (albeit with limited functionality) It won't let me and says I exceeded the number of sign ups allowed for our club without out upgrading.
Doesn't matter if you go back and delete old lists apparently it is 5 or so cumulative not concurrent. I wish I hadn't wasted all that time learning, training, coercing my club, swaying them away from a workable google solution I had created to manage sign ups. What a major disappointment. I wasted my time and they may not go back. Now all we have is paper.

    Hi Mark,

Thank you for taking the time to work with the ClubRunner volunteers module, and for taking the time to air your feedback so far.

I can confirm that the Volunteers module by default allows for 5 active signup lists at a time, as in once you reach 5 active (not archived, not deleted) signup lists you cannot create more. You can absolutely archive them once a signup is complete, which will remove it from the list of active signups and allow a new signup sheet to be created. They can also be deleted, removing the data from the sytstem, instead of archived. I can see how the system isn't correctly communicating this to you right now and will work with our team to understand why and get it resolved.

Taking a quick look at your account, you have 4 signup lists that are in the past and can be archived. This article should help with that process: https://www.clubrunnersupport.com/kb/articles/how-do-i-archive-a-volunteer-list

If you run into any issues at all, please let us know.
