Graphic on each story

    This is a minor item, but it's been an annoyance for many years. When you create a story, there's a gray box over on the right side which simply says "Change". There's no indication at all about why this exists or what it might do, because the default picture is simply a blank box. There's not even a border around the box.

    Every time I train someone on how to create a story, I have to walk them through this. Most people find the graphics on each story to be quite attractive, but have no idea how to create one.

    Suggested improvement: Put the word "thumbnail" above the picture, put a border around it, then the button "Change" starts to make sense.

    Even better: Have the picture display the words "No thumbnail" in gray.

    Thank you for the feedback on the Story Creation Page. I can confirm this is a page we want to improve for a future phase of Nova updates, and this specific item has come up internally between the team as well as in general feedback.

    We also want to improve how the thumbnail is used in stories and other widgets, in addition to how it gets displayed on the full story page.
