How To Make Up Meetings In Person Or Online

Hi Dean, the Rotary Manual of Procedure states in the Standard Rotary Club Constitution Article 10 that a member within the same year as the absence occurs can make up the absence by attending another Rotary or Rotaract club's physical or online meeting, participates in a club service project, community event or other meeting authorized by the board or attends a board or committee meeting. In CR there is a setting for this in the Attendance module. You can set how many days before and after a meeting a makeup can be assigned. If the club follows the procedure manual the setting should be 366 days, and the checkbox Limit makeup eligibility to the Rotary year it was reported for should be checked.
