Is there a way to move photos between one and the other, other than individually downloading the files one by one and re-uploading?

When we migrated to clubrunner, we we uploaded all our website photos to the Image Library. Now we would like to move a lot of them to photo albums. However, the process does not allow for bulk downloads, and seems to be slow and tedious. I also see it as a waste of space if we want to use the same image from a photo album as an image on the website or as an icon for an event, we have to duplicate the image first.

Even something like FTP access to the Image Library would be a huge help. Upload process is easy, download is near impossible.

    Hi Bob,

I apologize for the delayed response.

At this time there is not a way to move images between Photo Albums, or the Photo Album and image library. Originally, you couldn't access any photos from the photo albums, in the image library. This wasn't idea as if you wanted to quickly insert a photo from the album, it required many extra steps.

So we now expose the Photo Albums as images that can be used in the library, but the library cannot be used to manage the photo albums. The system that builds those albums wouldn't be aware anything was changing (as it stands now), so it would only cause more problems than it solves.
