    Member still received a dues statement from Club Runner even after he was made Honorary?

    Hello Karen,

    Generally when an individual member receives a statement that they were not originally intended to receive, this is because they had been inadvertently selected as a recipient. With this in mind, it is important to always double check the individuals you have included in your statement reminders or newly created bill. Especially when using the "Select All Members" and "Select Only Balance Owing Statements" options on the Account Statement pages, as these options will select every member across the Active, Honorary and Ex Member types.

    However, I have gone ahead and reached out to you directly, through the email address that is currently listed in your ClubRunner profile, so that we may discuss this matter in further detail and take a closer look at what might have happened!
