Recently, when attempting to complete a report to the District on a District grant the club had received I attempted to like to a document which existed in on the documents page of the Club's ClubRunner site. The receiving District Rotarian in charge of grants said there was nothing there even though the words linked to the document in the report were blue showing a link existed. When I checked it the URL was indeed missing. I retrieved it and re-inserted it. Then updated the report and then opened it again and there was no URL appearing. Must the document be placed and linked only if it is on the District's ClubRunner site?
