    Hi Community,

I have a deadline of 10/28/2020 at 10:00 am to have this resolved. If you can help, please do.

I have a lunch menu form that is an editable/fill-in pdf. I have uploaded it to be a custom page. Although, I have not published it yet so I don't know how to attach it to this question. I will attach the form from my computer documents.

The pdf software maker asked for a URL under the submit and I put in the website address of the custom page created. Is this correct???

And, if it is correct, where will the submitted page go for me to get it???

If it NOT correct my goal is to have the pdf form downloaded, completed, and submitted back to me. How do I do this?

    Thank you,
    Barb

    Hello Barb,

Thank you for posting, my apologies for this delayed response to you.

While our team does its best to answer all questions in a timely manner, if in the future you need a response as quickly as we can provide it, please consider submitting an "Urgent" ticket to the Support team. Urgent tickets are monitored and responded to by our team as quickly as possible.

On this page - https://www.clubrunnersupport.com/conversation/new/5 - please choose "Priority - Urgent".

On ClubRunner's end we are unable to support third-party tools like an external PDF software maker.

However I can let you know that as an alternative, other clubs/Districts embed (free) Google forms directly on their website. This allows forms to appear directly on your site - and you can review all respondent's responses inside Google.

Here are ClubRunner's instructions for embedding Google forms:

Here is a working example of what it would look like:
