Hello, I get many requests from clubs to be able to make certain documents available only for a certain group, like members of the club's board, not all members.

    HI Mats,

At this the the Documents area is just a general private store, and there isn't a way to direct limit who has access to these files aside from public (everyone), and requires login (members of the club).

Some clubs will use the committees module with the enhanced committees addon to achieve this goal however, by creating a private committee. Only the members of a private committee (and club staff, 50+) will be able to view that committee and its content.

I have passed on your feedback regarding this to our Product team for their review. I cannot make any promises when or if this functionality will become available in a future update.
