Member activity tracking

    This is a nifty tool for tracking member engagement.

    However there is a problem with database management. We are limited to just 18 active Volunteer Sign-up forms. We have the ability to archive old forms, however, when they are archived, the members sign-ups are no longer show up in their member activity.

    We do have the ability to re-activate old sign-ups, but that is a pain in neck to do so just to create an accurate record that can be presented to member.

    One of the support techs told me that achieved records should be in the tally, however after testing the function for a few of our members I does not include archived records.

    Also, it would be nice if there was an Excel Report that would compile all members in the club. As it stands, members of our membership committee have to create a list by downloading each members record.
