Member cannot access "Member Area"

    One of our members with access level 70 cannot access the Member Area. They are able to successfully login but receive an error message "This page isn't working" followed by "admin.clubrunner.ca is currently unabhle to handle this request" and "HTTP Error 500". There is an option to reload but the same error occurs.

    I am trying to submit a help request through ClubRunner but their Captcha feature is not functioning, so the page will now allow me to submit my request.

    They are using Google Chrome and have a user name format of "First.Last.####". I am wondering if the second period and four-digit number may be causing the issue.

    Any guidance or ideas would be greatly appreciated to help our member access the Member Area.

    I am sorry to hear one of your members is having issues logging in. They should not be getting that sort of error page, even if they are submitting incorrect information.

    I will reach out to you through our helpdesk so we can continue this discussion as we may need some privacy as to not expose any specific member details.
