I notice Access Levels are now known as Rotary Role which is fine. However can we have a member level login to review what a member sees. Members need only to see menus and data that they have access to. Needs to be as simple as possible as some members have limited IT experience.

This looks incomplete at the moment. I am not seeing where the role is set, nor the membership type (standard, satellite, staff). I see examples using them and assume it's under the members profile, but just not seeing it.

Once found the solution to the request for a "member level login" would be to create a dummy user, as "staff", and then you can change the role at will to see what they see.

    Hi Jim and Scott,

Let me do my best to help address your questions.

A “normal” level 70 user will only see the Members Dashboard on login. We’ll work towards preparing a level 70 user account for the beta testing group so that its easier to review and see the differences.

As part of the sandbox access phase some features like: changing access roles, changing passwords, and updating access, are not available. This is to help maintain the state of the sandbox so that users can login and access it as expected. The change status option is still available for accounts, and it still goes through the normal ClubRunner process for the time being.

I can also confirm that the access roles are more or less still in the same place: 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 and 90. We do want to expand roles in future updates to Nova to be more granular like the districts, to give club level customers the same sort of access control that districts and zone receive today.
