Membership Inquiry form email forwarding

    How can I request that a new email forwarding address be added to the list for our club when a new Membership Inquiry Form is submitted?

    How can I find out who is currently receiving copies of these forms?

    Hi Roger,

    You can view your previous membership request tickets here: https://www.clubrunnercommunity.com/forums/request-the-membership-success-module.12/
    We would have configured it per your request, looking at your request. We did configure it for Jim.
    We can only create forwarding emails for customers who have their domains managed with us. At this time your Club's domain is not with us. If you can set that up with your domain's registrar, we can update those emails for you.

    Once the forward is setup, you would be best to follow up with your original topic, or create a new topic in this forum: https://www.clubrunnercommunity.com/forums/request-the-membership-success-module.12/ to quest that we update your email on the account.
