Membership Success Center and Membership Action Plan

    My club and our district are just starting to use the Membership Success Center and Membership Action Plan that are available in the legacy version of Clubrunner. I haven't found them in Clubrunner Nova. Where are they located?

    Thank you for your questions!

    The Membership Success module is found under the Members & Contacts grouping, as "Prospects". You are otherwise correct that the MAP tool is not available in Nova right now, and we'll be working to address that shortly.

    Zach, is there any chance that the "new member orientation" feature that was in legacy CR will also be included in NOVA eventually??

    The New Member Program is still available for Nova clubs! You should find it on the Administrator and Executive Dashboards under the Membership block
