    The logging and communications structure in Membership Success is awesome. It organizes the onboarding process and keeps archives of all activities getting new members in. The centralized management philosophy is a giant advantage whether your membership committee is one person or several. The only thing I can think to add might be an addition of an approved applicant report to present in writing to the board for approval. Maybe a addition of committee member field of person assigned to the new candidate.
