    As the impact of COVID-19 continues globally, our key priority is supporting our customers while you work towards your mission.

    What ClubRunner is doing to help our community

    Free trials and renewals extended by 2 months

    We understand that you may need more time to evaluate your ClubRunner trial or make your annual renewal payments. This is why we are extending our trial period for a period of two months, and annual renewal deadlines will be automatically extended.

    Free upgrade: Enhanced volunteer module
    To help your club mobilize its efforts within your community, we are offering free access and expanded usage of the Enhanced Volunteer Module for the next two months. This has already been added to your account and no action needs to be taken. You can learn more on how to use this module here.

    Support is still here for you
    At this time, all of our support team members are working remotely, and we are prioritizing email (support@clubrunner.ca) requests.You may still request a call-back from our team. We encourage you to start a conversation with your fellow peers on the ClubRunner Community forum, where you can exchange ideas, advice and more.

    What your club can do to better prepare itself


    There are lots of ways your club members can work together to thrive during this time:
    • Remote Meetings: Many clubs have successfully implemented online meetings. Rotary International has recommended Zoom, for which details can be found on the CDS Facebook page, including a 20% promo code (ZoomRotary).
    • Online Payments: Consider installing the Online Payment module to collect credit card payments for your club for donations, dues and other fundraising initiatives. Click here for more information.
    • Create recurring meetings using the Event Calendar so your members are aware which link to access online and at what time for every meeting
    • Enable comments on a custom page to allow members to participate in a conversation. For example, if you are promoting any nearby food drives or community organized events, consider creating a custom page where members too can input additional details on the comments section.
    • Use the ClubRunner Mobile App to keep in touch with your members, view homepage stories and to keep up-to-date with any ongoing changes.
    Above all else, our thoughts are with those affected by the virus and those on the frontlines combating this daily. We will continue to help our customers in any way possible and should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
