I've noticed over the past few weeks that mail sent to me via Clubrunner from my club pres and some district officers are showing as 'sent' but they never show up. they're not stuck in any spam or junk folders, I've turned those off! mails.JPG

May have solved my own issue...
My web host had a Global Spam Assassin rule in place that threw out anything with a string of "+" signs. Our weekly Zoom meeting reminder has a vertical row of same...we'll see!

    Hi Steve,

When emails show as sent, this indicates that the email server on the receiving end accepted the email. If there was an issue at the receiving end, we would see that as a bounce or block error in the stats. Once delivered, ClubRunner no longer has much control over the email delivery.

If you use an email client to normally check your email, I would suggest trying to login to the web based interface and searching for: @clubrunner.email and or @clubrunner.ca. Sometimes email clients will not sync/download all of their folders from the servers. You may also wish to double check any server side routing rules you have configured, and email client rules to ensure its not automatically taking action on your emails.

Please let us know how it goes, and if we can assist further!
