[Resolved] ClubRunner & Yahoo! Email Service Delivery Issues

    As we continued to monitor throughout the rest of last week and over the weekend, we did not observe any new errors related to the original issue.

    This matter is now resolved.

    Please contact our support team if you further questions or concerns.

    We are no longer seeing any issues with the Yahoo! based mail systems. We will continue to monitor for issues until the end of the week.

    You should now be able to resend any emails that were previously blocked to your impacted users.

    Please contact our support team if you need assistance with resending any emails.

    Testing has concluded and we're not continuing to see any new errors related to ClubRunner being unable to deliver to the various Yahoo! mail systems.

    Any blocked emails showing the following error in the Manage blocked email page:
    Code:
    554 Message not allowed - [PH01] Email not accepted for policy reasons. Please visit https://help.yahoo.com/kb/postmaster/SLN5067.html [120]
    
    have been removed from our master blocked lists. The removal of these blocks will not update on your accounts "Manage Blocked emails" page.

    We will continue to monitor our email system for the next few days.

    During our investigation we identified a possible resolution and have applied these changes to the ClubRunner mail system. We are now in the process of testing these configuration changes for impacted customers.

    We hope to have another update soon.

    We are currently aware of an issue where some emails are bouncing when delivered to an email address that uses the Yahoo! Mail services. Our team is currently investigating the issue to help provide a resolution.

    Until the matter is resolved, you may have delivery issues with users who use a Yahoo! based email address. Yahoo! currently provides email services for domains such as: Yahoo.com, AOL.com, Verizon.net, ATT.net, Rogers.com, etc.

    At this time no action is needed on your part. As soon as we have identified and resolved the issue we will remove any blocks that are specifically related to this issue from the ClubRunner platform.

    As more information becomes available we will update this notice.
