MyEventRunner: Deleting timeframes

    For our event, the price changes after a certain date, which has now passed. I had a request from our chair to remove the previous date, but I'm puzzling over the options at Form Designer > Time Ranges. There's an option to edit the dates due and percentage required, and add a new milestone, but no option to delete the previous milestone. Is there a different method, or is it just not allowed in the designer?

    You cannot remove a previous timeline while people are registered in it. Its a restriction to ensure that data is preserved correctly.

    However, I can understand why it would be best to only show the current price options to persons registering, or at least not show offers that have already passed. I'll make sure your Product team hears your feedback.
