The New Member Report is a valuable standard checklist which we would like our membership team to make use of so that members are onboarded properly. The date and assignment are useful. But its usefulness could be doubled if the checklist could just included a free form notes field. Our standard activities like 'assign to a committee' completion date is nice but there's no place to indicate WHAT committee(s). Or 'Provided Feedback', with a note field we could include a word or two about the actual feedback, like concerns, or issues or needs.
