Non-Rotary Webmaster?

    Good afternoon everyone,

    Our club has been offered an opportunity to have a tech media student at our local college to work on our website. However, as the club uses clubrunner as a site host, is there a way to provide access to someone outside Rotary? Is it simply setting up the individual as an Honorary Rotarian and providing the correct access level (60 is edit level), or is there a more efficient way?

    ClubRunner has a better solution: Log in, go to the Membership area –> Other users list –> Orange button Add New Member and add the student as "Staff" then set the necessary access level. Now the student can log in without being member and manage the things on the website you give him/her access to.
