Notes - visibility and searchability

    Morning Zach - Just playing in the sandbox today and I realized another shortcoming of the Notes field (which I am happy to have!)

    There is no indication that a note is even present. A flag or pop-up would help. And, as mentioned in the first presentation, I would love to make the notes globally searchable.

    BTW - the sandbox just seems to be running very smoothly and everything is where I want it to be, if that makes sense. I suspect you all have been doing a lot of tweaking since I last checked it out.

    Hey Rick,

    Thank you for following up with more notes feedback.

    Right now there is not a way to display the number of notes, or a popup of note data for the users on the listing. We do have a way to see all notes, and also search for them via the settings area. I've shared your additional feedback with the team as well.

    Something that I think would at least be useful your current use case, is that you can go view all entity notes via the note search and find recently created/added Notes. If you'd like to check this out today, please follow this route:

    1. Navigate to the Nova Sandbox and Login
    2. In the Members Area, click on the Settings menu link on the left hand
    3. Then under Data Administration, click on Entity Notes
    From here you can search for who they are created by, or linked to as well as any of the tags that you or the system have created.
