    I think it is a bad idea for ClubRunner to remove the name of past officers from the Directors/Executives list. This is the historical record for every club (could even be the legal record). When an officer leaves the club or is deceased or leaves the club, their name is blanked out of the officer record. I think that is a mistake.

    Hi Mark,

    Thank you for reaching out on this matter.

    I want to confirm this is not working as expected right now, it should only be removing the user from the current year lists and this is displayed when terminating the member. Any past data should remain intact,
    we do have this tracked as an internal issue though I do not yet have an ETA on the fix. While the users record is not being displayed internally, the good news is that this is a display issue, in that the system knows that Bob / Sally held a position last year, but due to the issue they are not being displayed in that position. They are also still displayed on the public website in those positions.

    I'll do my best to follow up here as soon as I know when the issue will be addressed.
