Is there a way to enter a payment for a member that doesn't have a balance due? I can't find it, if there is.

Sometimes club members pay in advance ... need a way to document those payments! Thanks

    Hi Scott,

Thank you for reaching out about this.

I want to confirm that at least as of today with Nova, it is not possible to accept a payment without an invoice associated with it. This is a change from the previous version of ClubRunner and something we try to note in the upgrade process. We are working to improve functions within Nova's billing module inclusive of this issue.

Thank you - I've also had direct communication about this & other challenges/differences via the support request process.

I appreciate you all looking into the features that used to be available & aren't now ... we are also trying to look at this version differently, as opposed to just what we "used to have."
