I discovered that the new NOVA does not allow for sizing of pictures before they are downloaded from the server onto the bulletin page. In addition there is no right click function to allow for the sizing once the picture is placed. I use a lot of pictures, some from cell phones which some are in the .heic format and these cannot be sized manually by curser with corner 45 degree swipe.
This is a major flaw in the new software package. Ready to go back!!!

    Hi Ronald,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

This is something we've received from a few different users and we are absolutely working to improve it right now. While we may not be able to return to the original style exactly, we do want to ensure you have strong controls for image placement and sizing.

As a note, you can go into the image library itself and directly edit and resize photos which in some cases can be significantly better than just resizing its display size.

You should be able to upload and resize any photos within the editor, if its not staying re-sized that is something our team can investigate and work to address. I will follow up with more information as soon as I can.

fyi Zach - when working on a bulletin, i've found it's possible to resize the image in text only pre-formatted widgets. attached is a picture of a text-only pre-formatted widget. i've added an image and reformatted the image to allow text on the right side...reformatting the image creates 'image brackets' above and below the image. once i have those image brackets, the image will resize. this doesn't work in the image with caption pre-formatted widgets, which lock the image size to the pre-formatted size of the image.

One other question - is it possible for me to create new pre-formatted widgets? I'd like to create one with 2 images and captions below (similar to the 3 image/caption below widget, but with only 2 images).

    Zach,
I have tried to resize the image in the editor, save and overwrite the new image but when I download it to the bulletin designer, most of the time it comes in as the larger image but with fewer pixels. I then have to manually resize it. Some times it does download in the smaller size. Very inconsistent. This new process doubles my time involved in putting together the bulletin.
