[Resolved] ClubRunner Email Stats Not Updating

    We are aware of an issue where some emails' stats are not being updated correctly, causing emails to show a status of “Unknown”. If you have an email with the Status showing as "Unknown", it has been successfully processed by ClubRunner and sent. No action is required on your end to have the email delivered.

    We are hard at work to fully identify and resolve the issue at hand. As more information becomes available or we have a resolution we will post an update.

    Our team has applied updates to address an issue with email stats showing an incorrect status of "Unknown". These updates only impact new emails being sent, not past email statistics or statuses. We're continuing to monitor this issue at this time. As more information becomes available we will post additional updates.

    This matter is now resolved.

    We've been closely monitoring email stats since the last update. We are no longer seeing new email stats reports showing the unknown status for prolonged periods. Emails that originally had the unknown status will continue to stay that way. Emails sent after Monday Aug 13 2018 should update shortly after the emails go out.
