[Resolved] ClubRunner - Partial Outage

    [2:00 PM] This issue is now resolved. The network connection issue from our partners systems have been restored. All ClubRunner services/areas should now be working once again.

    Some things like eDirectory reports, Member Photos, etc may have been missing while the system was coming back online after the issue was resolved.

    If you are continuing to have any issues, please contact our support team!

    As our partners work to address the network issue, other parts of the Members Area (crsadmin.com) may be inaccessible or slow to respond.

    [12:30 PM] Working with our partners we have identified that there is a network connectivity issue with some ClubRunner systems. They are working to resolve the issue and bring all services back online as quickly as possible. We'll continue to post updated information as it becomes available.

    We are getting reports that some customers are unable to login to ClubRunner. We can confirm that we are seeing the same issues internally. We are investigating and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. As more information becomes available we will update this post.
